Here, I get some very helpful information on how I can change my IP address by typing in my new IP address and port number. I also get to learn a little more about resetting my router login – default username, passwords, etc. After clicking through all of these helpful pages, I get to see that my router does not need me to set up an IP-based username and password any longer.

All that’s left now is to go back to my site. I am logged in normally as my “Username”, and I am able to navigate through all of my pages as usual. There’s one more thing that I didn’t check on before: When I try to navigate through my site via my “home” computer, I see “Not connected.” This means that my PC isn’t ready to receive an IP-based username and password for my site. I have to reset my modem setup. Thanks to the wizards I was shown, this whole process only takes a few minutes to complete!
